The intent of this form is to bid on smaller jobs for our clients. For example: 1 - 2 rooms with repair areas such as cracks, nail holes, infills, light fixtures, outlets, and around doors/windows. We will also accept small holes, minor water damage, and repairs where mechanicals are accessed. (Plumbing, Electric, HVAC, etc.)

To make this an easy process, you may want to have your pictures ready for upload. Acceptable pictures are well-lit, clear with no filters and incorporate the entire repair area. Pictures that are of bad quality will be rejected. (fuzzy, dark, partial repair area, etc.)
